convenient location helpful staff functioning air conditioning elevator absence limited breakfast dated decor
The location was very convenient, being a short walk to major attractions. The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. My triple room was clean (with daily housekeeping) and included functioning air conditioning.
There was no elevator (only for luggage), so carrying bags up the stairs was necessary. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. It had the same options each day. The room décor seemed dated, though it was functional.

the location was fine and close to the main attractions.
The room was quite disappointing. i found mold in the shower. Everything felt old. the wallpaper was literally taped to the walls, not what i expected.

charming gem near st mark's square
convenient location daily cleaning comfortable beds
the hotel's location is quite convenient , with excellent restaurants nearby and only a short walk to main attractions. our superior quadruple room offered plenty of space and was cleaned daily , with fresh towels provided each day. the beds were also very comfortable , ensuring a restful night's sleep.
there's no elevator available , so we had to walk up a couple of floors to our room.

decorated ceiling great location spacious room
I had a superior quadruple room, and it was spacious! the dining hall has a beautiful decorated wooden ceiling. the location is fantastic. St mark's square is only about three minutes away!
i found some mosquitoes, so i got bitten a few times!

Wonderful stay with excellent service
helpful staff reliable air conditioning convenient location
The staff were helpful, especially with directions. The air conditioning worked well, vital during the warm days (I really needed it!). Breakfast had a decent selection. I found the location very convenient for accessing main attractions. Luggage transport was provided.
The walls were paper-thin. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, which sometimes disturbed my sleep.

wonderful accommodation near st mark's square
friendly staff quiet location picturesque spot
the staff were very friendly and helpful . the location is perfect, a short walk to st mark's square. it is on a quiet side street away from the crowds, a definite plus (i really appreciated that). gondolas are right opposite the hotel.
i found the breakfast a little repetitive.

the hotel is easy to find and within walking distance of all main attractions. a lift for luggage is available, so i did not have to carry heavy bags upstairs. the hotel's history is evident throughout the whole building.
